Modular staging
The Portable Stage Platform is listed as "modular, combine for any size," so the footprint is configured to the event rather than fixed. Multiple stage sizes and configurations are available, configured to the venue and your requirements on request, and spec details are provided on request. The Electric Lift Scaffold, a motorized height-adjustable lift, is listed from $80 per day. Your quote prices the full configuration. For help working out platform size and height for your audience, see our portable stage sizing guide.
Who it suits, and when to ask first
- A good fit when you need a raised area for speakers, a panel or performers, sized to your room, and want it quoted together with sound, lighting or LED from one supplier.
- Ask before you book if the venue has restrictions on load-in, floor protection or installed equipment, if the stage is going outdoors on uneven ground, or if you need accessories such as stairs, ramps, railings or skirting, which are available on request, subject to availability. Confirm in the quote exactly which pieces and which platform height it covers; don't assume an accessory or a load capacity that the quote does not list.
- Permits and approvals the venue requires for the installation are the client's responsibility under our rental terms, so check with the venue early.
What to tell us when you book
- Footprint. The stage dimensions you need, and the space available at the venue.
- Height. How far above the floor — sightlines for a seated audience differ from a standing crowd.
- Surface and access. Indoor or outdoor, level or sloped ground, and how equipment gets from the loading area to the stage.
- Timing. Load-in and load-out windows, power supply and venue contacts. The terms ask for accurate venue details, including load-in access, power supply and timing windows, when delivery and setup are part of the rental.
Delivery, assembly and strike
Our crew can deliver, assemble and strike the stage; delivery, setup and technician time are scoped and quoted to your event. The terms allow a minimum of 2 hours for standard setups, and large-scale productions may need more time. Delays caused by venue restrictions, third-party vendors or incomplete information may add labor charges. VENEGEEST supplies staging, lighting, sound and LED, so one crew can coordinate the setup instead of several vendors working around each other.
For self-pickup, equipment is collected from and returned to our warehouse during business hours, with a valid ID and a signed rental agreement.
During the rental and at return
Under the rental terms, the client is responsible for the equipment from delivery or pickup until it is returned: use it only for its intended purpose and according to the operating instructions provided, keep it secure and dry, and report any malfunction or damage straight away. Return every section, accessory and case in the condition received, by the agreed date and time; late returns are charged the daily rate for each day overdue. An optional Equipment Protection Plan is available; under the rental terms it covers accidental damage, excluding negligence and theft. A daily rate covers 24 hours from delivery or pickup, and a confirmed booking needs a non-refundable 25% deposit. See the rental terms for the full conditions.
