Who this suits, and who it doesn't
A good fit: conferences, summits, product launches and live events that need several kinds of equipment at once — for example a stage with an LED backdrop, a sound system and lighting — and planners who want delivery, setup and on-site support handled by the same company that supplies the gear.
Less of a fit: if you only need one small item and can collect it yourself, self-pickup from the South San Francisco warehouse avoids delivery charges. Mixers, subwoofers, standalone wireless microphones and similar items are available on request, subject to availability; contact us for a quote. Rentals are for the event and period in your booking, not permanent installations.
Built for corporate events
VENEGEEST's documented work includes a 3m × 10m LED video wall, 12 conference lighting fixtures and a complete conference sound system for a summit at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA; a 4m × 12m LED wall, 16 stage fixtures and a full front-of-house system at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco; and LED displays, lighting and three independent sound systems across three venues at the Santa Clara Convention Center, with setup, calibration and live technical support.
Booking, delivery and setup
Send your run of show, venue address, date and load-in window for a quote. A booking is confirmed only by written confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental total secures it, and the balance is due 3 business days before the event. Changes to the order should be made at least 5 business days ahead.
If delivery and setup are part of your order, the crew needs accurate venue details (load-in access, power supply and timing windows), and standard setups need a minimum of 2 hours. Any venue-specific permits or approvals for the installation are the client's responsibility. For self-pickup, equipment is collected from and returned to the warehouse during business hours, with a valid ID and signed rental agreement.
Equipment care and returns
From delivery or pickup until return, the renter is responsible for the equipment: use it as intended and per the operating instructions, keep it secure, dry and in a temperature-appropriate place, report any malfunction or damage straight away, and return every cable, accessory and case in the condition received. Late returns are charged the daily rate for each day overdue, and extensions can be arranged in advance subject to availability. An optional Equipment Protection Plan at 10% of the rental total covers accidental damage (excluding negligence and theft).
