What is the smallest LED wall you will rent?

Practically, a 4-cabinet 1x1 meter block. Below that the processor and labor cost dominates and you would be better off with a 75-inch display or projection.

Can I rent panels and set them up myself?

No. LED is always operated. The processor and rigging require trained techs and our insurance covers our crew, not yours.

How much power does an LED wall need?

Roughly 500 watts per square meter peak, half that average. A 30-square-meter wall needs a 30A 208V circuit, sometimes two. We do a power survey at site visit and confirm with the venue electrician.

Will the wall work outdoors if it rains?

Outdoor IP65 panels handle rain on the front. The processor, cabling, and rear of the wall need to stay dry. Light rain with a back tarp: fine. Sustained rain or wind over 25 mph: we will recommend a tent or postpone.

How far in advance should I book for a Bay Area event?

Three to six weeks for indoor corporate work, longer for peak season (May, June, September, October). Tech rehearsal weeks at Moscone and outdoor wedding weekends in Napa book up first.

Can you match brand colors exactly?

Yes. We calibrate panels to a known color profile and can target Pantone or sRGB hex values. Send brand guidelines with your content and we will color-match before doors.
